Tasks
To-dos with due dates, subtasks, Eisenhower priority, and calendar overlay.
Create a task
From Tasks, use the quick create field or a full editor. Give it a title, optional description, due date, and — when it matters — importance and urgency.
Open TasksViews
| View | Use it when |
|---|---|
| List | You want a filterable backlog |
| Kanban | You want lanes you can page through |
| Eisenhower | You want four quadrants: do first, schedule, delegate, eliminate |
Quick filters narrow by due date, completion, and priority. Use them from the filter control — on a phone that lives in a sheet so the row does not overflow.
Subtasks
A task can have children. The parent shows a subtask count. Completing every child does not auto-complete the parent — you still mark the parent done.
Due dates and calendar
Tasks with due dates appear on Calendar as a separate source you can toggle. Edit the task itself to change the due date; the calendar chip is a view, not a second copy.
On Home
Home’s Plan section lists tasks due on the selected date (and overdue). Completing a task there is the same as completing it on the Tasks page. The Daily Tasks widget does the same job inside a collection.
