Notes
Rich-text notes with auto-save, templates, pinning, and collection membership.
Write a note
Open Notes and create one, start one from Home’s Collect section, or use the Quick Note widget in a collection. The editor supports headings, lists, and markdown-style shortcuts. Title, icon, and an optional cover live at the top.
Open NotesPin and templates
Pin a note to keep it at the top of the list. The first time you visit Notes, YouDash creates a default template. Flag a note as a template when you want new notes to start from that shape — meeting notes, a weekly review, a recipe scratchpad.
Find notes
Search by title or content. Filter and sort the list. Put notes in collections and tag them. Command palette search uses the title and a plain-text preview, not the full body.
The Assistant can read your notes when that tool is on — useful for “what did I write about X?”
