Upload files, keep metadata, and file them in collections next to notes.
Upload a file
Documents are files you store in YouDash — PDFs, images, office files, anything. Upload from the Documents page or add a document item inside a collection. Each file keeps a title, original filename, type, size, and dates.
Open DocumentsFind and filter
Search by title or filename. Filter by mime type. Sort by title, size, created, or updated. Tag documents and drop them in collections like any other item.
Note.Notes are for writing in YouDash. Documents are for files you already have. If this page is missing from your sidebar, Documents is not enabled on the account.
Delete
Soft-delete sends the file to Trash. Restore from there, or delete permanently when you mean it.
