Terms of Service

This is a public Terms scaffold for YouDash. Final production text needs owner/legal review.

1. Agreement

By using YouDash (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

YouDash is a personal productivity / personal operating system web app. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and meet age eligibility requirements (at least 13, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction with guardian consent if required). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, upload illegal content, interfere with others’ use, scrape beyond allowed interfaces, or violate others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant YouDash a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service. Visibility of shared or public collections is controlled by settings you choose.

6. AI features

Assistant output may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for how you rely on AI results. Usage may be subject to credits and limits.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Free plans may apply generous per-type limits on creatable items and do not include free cloud AI.
Supporter is $5 per month ($50/year) for unlimited items.
Pro is $12 per month and includes cloud AI credits. Local LM Studio usage remains free.
AI credits may also be purchased ala-carte when offered.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing. We do not store full card numbers. Manage or cancel subscriptions via Billing settings (Stripe Customer Portal) when available. Refund requests are handled case-by-case unless a published policy states otherwise.

8. Termination

You may stop using YouDash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YouDash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Liability caps appropriate to a small SaaS product may be refined in a final legal review.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
